You have to use the official Facebook addon for Construct 2. (Directly integrated in construct 2)

I also searched, and found this plugin, which is a copy of the official, but better (which gives more information)

You can, once the person connected, get his unique id, and for example connect to a server with as id its id.

I'm used to making servers and clients 100% with Construct 2, so for me it's possible to have someone log in with their account on a hosted server.
