My level finishes when I have the touch 'Is in Touch', so when my next layout starts the touch is still active and my player moves.
I don't want him to move right away, how can I fix this or is there a workaround?
The easiest solution - wait for Touch Start event.
You can also put all your Touch events into a separate group on Event Sheet and disable this group.
When next layout starts, re-enable this group after a delay or after user presses a button or something like that.
