How do i make a bomb explosion fire range?

  • Ok let me explain. Sorry about my bad english anyway.

I start with a small project who is make a bomberman classic game. But i cant configure the bomb explosion range, i dont know how make a action to from the explosion of the bomb make that ways of fire where is available to have fire.

How should i put that fire range and how i set the range of fire. Includes north/south/west/east.

    Thanks for the attention.

  • Yeah hard to understand with that English but the easiest way to do it is to probably spawn a circular sprite that acts as the bomb radius and anything that touches it gets destroyed?

I try to make for spawn but how i can spawn in other space or with range? I put somes images points and every time they crossover with the initial explosion.

Have how make more longers images points?

And asking your question, have in my project two types of "walls" one of them is breakeable from fire explosion and the other one is fixe and cannot be destroyed.

  • I would need a cut-down .capx file or a screenshot of the issue to help you any more here. I can't imagine how the game works. In my mind, spawning a sprite to detect collision would be good enough so I'd have to see the game.
