How do I add sounds what i made in Bfxr?

first of all sry for my english.

so when i make some sound in Bfxr, the file format is : bfxrsound. Can i convert it somehow to wav?

I mean i can create cool sounds for my game, but i cant import them to construct 2.

In BFXR, click in Export to WAV.
