Where is webstorage file saved on the disk for games exporterd with NW?
I've noticed that when I first launch game the "locales" folder is created (in games folder). But it's empty.
What for is this folder?
Does anybody know? This is important to me as I save important data, and I'd like to check how easy it is to hack.
This is also important for Steam cloud saves. Is there any documentation about where saves are placed?
Ashley do you know?
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
I don't know, however you can use the nw plugin to write the save to a file if you need.
Thanks, I'll probably use it in next project.
But current one is too advanced in development to change whole save system now.
I think it saves it somewhere in your AppData folder, in a binary format. I'm not sure, I didn't think it mattered.
