Is there a Set CSS Style for textbox? I cant seem to find it. I found it on buttons. thanks
Does the manual post help?
I do not see Set CSS Styles for Textbox I am running the beta 124, wonder if that is issue. Anyone see it that is running a stable or lower version?
Ok, I figured out my problem ...ME... So I am trying to apply CSS to a TEXT Object which I assume becomes a Label in HTML? Any idea why TEXT is not able to be styled?
Reading the Manual :) I think TEXT is just that, text/Font so CSS Style is somewhat useless. Ok thanks
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
there are two types of text objects, only one takes CSS input. You need to first Insert the other type.
I think you're confused between the Textbox and Text objects.
Textbox = a form field for user to type text in to. Can be styled with CSS.
Text = for displaying some text on screen. Cannot be styled with CSS.
Ashley, you are correct I figured that out later down the road. Thank you
sorry bumping old topic. but where is the button to style CSS the textbox?
i have read
scirra.com/manual/117/textbox
it explains what to do with the CSS but did not say Where i can find the CSS button
