I need the OverLap at OffSet event anyone got any idea about anything that is just like that?
You can work around it by moving the object, testing for an overlap normally, then moving it back again.

It looks like you posted an image which is on a dropbox private folder. Link to it from a public folder (use 'copy public link').

I would second that request. "Overlaps at offset" was very handy in Construct Classic. Can it be ported to Construct 2?
Use an empty sprite, pin it to the original and check the overlap of the empty sprite

It's on the todo list, but in the meantime the workaround is really simple, I posted it earlier in the thread. 'Overlaps at offset' is a shortcut for set position - is overlapping - set position.
