As it stipulates when purchasing from the store, if you have a problem email support — and they will hopefully deal with you as soon as they can.
In the mean time, have you checked that the purchase went through correctly with Paypal? If so, ensure to check the spam folder of your email in case the redeem code has gone to it by accident.
