I have did leaderboard with clay.io. it is working on browser, but it is not working on android mobil phone.
What is your advice? How Can I make online high score list=?

Ask austin the guy who runs clay.io, Scirra didn't make the plugin Clay.io did. The best way to get a hold of him currently is email as he has been busy. Check the other clay.io threads, one of them has his email listed.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
And/or post in the Clay.io plugin topic, which is a more appropriate place than the C2 general forum.
