If you are referring to the graphics used for the tutorial, then as described, they are part of the larger bundle when you purchase a license.

There are other equally as good tutorials that include graphics, such as https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/243/building-a-platform-game-a-beginners-guide.

If you want to continue with Ashley's tutorial, just use any graphics as place holders. The event system and the basic mechanics are what's important when learning.
