Does the free construct2app run on an iPad?

.....Or do I need an actual laptop or desktop to run it to create games? Also, once games are created (with the individual license for construct2) can they be published to run on an iPad? Thanks.

C2 is a Windows only program - C3 would be the choice if you want to develop on an IPad.
