So is it better to use individual PNGs or a Single Spritesheet?
I tried both ways in Construct 2 and both ways were showing
same download size and memory usage, so is using one better than
the other and why?

C2 makes its own spritesheets upon export so it doesn't matter.
Is this true that it doesn't matter whether I use a spritesheet or 200 individual images?
The preformance will be the same after export?
I mean, it might depend on the object but probably not. Can you be more specific? What object type are you using for these images and in what way are you using them?
