    The same on R91

    Construct 2 Check failure

    Check failure! This is probably a bug:

    Retrieving working path but texture has no working files

    Condition: !working_files.empty()

    File: Projects\ObjectTexture.cpp

    Line: 324

    Function: const class std::basic_string<wchar_t,struct std::char_traits<wchar_t>,class std::allocator<wchar_t> > &__cdecl ObjectTexture::GetWorkingPath(void) const

    Build: release 92 (64-bit) checked

    Component: Construct 2 IDE

    (Last Win32 error: 3)

  • Please see how to report bugs. Can you share the project that has this problem? Otherwise I cannot find out what has gone wrong.

  • Hello thanks for reply,

    I was looking about the main problem of the crash, and yes i did it,

    The problem occured due to I was deleting the textures (images, sprites, etc.) before save(from .caproj to .capx) , thats why C2 cannot found the files and then crash, this is logic because how c2 will save to a single file if not find any of the belonging files to the project. Luckily C2 makes a backup of every project.

    So why not C2 asks ?There was an error trying to save to a single file (.capx) because C2 didn't find ball.png ,please seach the file manually or maybe the correct files associated with the project, please search for the correct path and press OK?

    Just an idea.
