Adjusting the game screen for different resolutions (Letterbox scale)
• This is interessting. Since I can not get "Request Fullscreen" to work, I decided just to scale the layout.

When I set the layout scale to 0.7 the HUD - parallax 0,0 - moves towards the center of the screen, and scales fine.

To put it back in its original place, I have to user coordinates that are negativ, ie. sitting outside of the viewport coordinates....

• Try Construct 3

• Could you please provide a capx example please ?

I played a bit with scale (without messing with the parallax though) and did not encounter this trouble.

I'd be curious to have a look at what you've done to obtain this behavior.

• The DropBox Link is in your PM

• Got it.

It sounded like a misuse of the scale rate property.

Let Weishaupt confirm.

This wasn't the bug you were looking for

• Which browser are you using? 'Request fullscreen' works fine here in Chrome. Also it only works in a user-inputted event for security reasons - from the manual:

b]Request fullscreen

Request that the browser enter fullscreen mode. Note the browser may ignore this request unless the action is in a user-initiated event, such as a mouse click, key press, touch event or button press.

• Ashley: Yeah Chrome....but no worries about the FullScreen right now! The Scale-issue is more annoying....and it is my bad again. Geee....seems that I have a streak of "missuse" issues

SORRY guys!

BTW: a little feature request: Search & Replace for the c2 Editor?!?

• In the ribbon in the tab events you already have a search feature.

It filters the keyword in the event sheet.

I remember "Replace" being talked about a long time ago. This is probably already on Ashley's list.

• Oh I found the search allright

• OK, closing as not a bug.

• Yes please!
