Multiplayer 'Rain Demo' doesn't work in Chrome

  • Problem Description

    When I go to the website: http://www.scirra.com/labs/multiplayer/ghostshooter/ in Chrome, I see nothing but a black screen. The js console has six errors.

    Obviously this isn't a priority for my workflow, however I thought you guys would like to know this was happening. I've cleared my cache, cookies, etc.

    I've had no problems in the past connecting to anything, and I'm not going through a proxy or anything.

    The key "minimal-ui" is not recognized and ignored. www.scirra.com/:9

  • No issues here, and the stuff in your log is suspicious. Nothing beyond the "NoUpdate" line appears here, and those are strange domains in the log messages that are nothing to do with us or the game. Looks like a browser extension/adware/spyware is breaking it. Try disabling all addons in the browser and try again.

  • Yeah, it works fine in an incognito window.

    Oh well, problem solved I guess. Must be one of my extensions.
