Issues with export index html missing

Problem Description

Hi, on exporting to Cordova and Amazon, I get the error 404 where is index.html in both intel XDK and the amazon publishing page it has only started occuring after r200 release of construct 2

Steps to Reproduce Bug

• Step 1: Export app to Cordova or Amazon
• Step 2: Open in intel XDK and goto emulate tab/ upload to Amazon Appstore

Observed Result: Error 404: index.html not found on Cordova and on Amazon : specified file directory is missing from the zipped file

Expected Result :

Affected Browsers

• Chrome: (YES/NO)
• FireFox: (YES/NO)
• Internet Explorer: (YES/NO)

Can you provide a .capx that demonstrates this issue? So far nobody else is reporting it.

Just downloaded the Beta and this seems to have been fixed in 204.
