How do I view the texture ?

When you drag the object you see only the frame as shown by the arrow.

You need to give public access if you want others to access your file from google drive

Check the layer it's on, maybe, and maybe sure it's not under any other layer that has backgrounds

The layer is ON and it is the only layer/bacground. The error persist.

It works absolutely fine to me, so unless it's a bug, you may need to upgrade your operating system. Even Microsoft stopped support for XP. Scirra's manual says Windows XP Service Pack 3 (so upgrade to SP3 if you have not) is the minimum specs but Windows 7 or later are the recommended specs.
