    I'm trying to follow the PacMan tuto

    but step by step...

    i have a problem for ghosts moves

    i just want them to go randomly in the game area

    so i wrote this :

    but they just keep the same direction

    anyone can help ?

  • Try to download the example CAPX in this tutorial (there is a link to Scirra Arcade, where you can to download the CAPX).

    i did it

    and i deleted lines in the event sheet to make it same as mine

    and it works...

    i think something went wrong in the objects but can't see what...

  • In this case, you gave the answer yourself: back to the original file and keep this way, just adding your logic.

    I've amended the tutorial in question to include the original .capx so all can download.

    I have another problems about the ghosts movements:

    When I duplicate the layout (to make a new level), at the start of the layout, the ghosts are going away by "flying" (to the right side).

    Any idea why and how to fix it?

    Because it really anoying and I can't find a solution...

    Ps: I can't add a capx but just use the original and duplicate the layout.

  • One more question about the ghost movements: mines are doing a sort of half flip when changing direction... How can I fix that?

    Also about the pacman movements: how can I smooth its changes of direction by ideally making that if you press a touch a bit too early (noot too early), it will still turn at the next intersection?
