Hi everyone, i remember i once read somewhere here about a plugin that makes objects flash retro style but i cant seem to find it anywhere , can anyone help a bit ?

maybe someone can develop that kind of behavior for C2 but not only white flash color
yes i read that it was for classic afterwards but it would be amazing to see this in 2 !! someone pls look into it
