[Plugin] Fps Monitor

Hi ,

In some web site there is a stat monitor, i discovered the source code and make it

quickly for C2.

This plugin is global you are no need to do someting events or params.

It's just show on the top left on your project a little container to display

fps and average ; Dont Forget to click on this container to see Milli seconds graphics.. lower is mean Faster !

(under 20ms) it's appear Chrome still the faster web browser !
