You should put an important note about the ALIAS field that we should note before leaving this screen because we ALWAYS have to use this very same alias for the "Key Name" in the step AFTER.
Also, Scirra should make a clear guide on the steps to create an App for Android and iOS, with the right ORDER on when we have to configure Google Play Services/Plugin, IAP plugin and Ads plugin.
Because it's still not clear to me how I can TEST those plugins and configure them properly without the key/SHA-1 that we can get only when we create the Signed APK...?

The SHA-1 signature is for the keystore, not the APK. So you can start the export process to get a keystore and it's signature then cancel the export. You can use that keystore for as many builds and apps as you like.
