Rewind time to pass through the ruins!
Oh so you jump and when your close to the top, do the hourglass thing and quickly turn back to get back to the ground (be careful not to hit the spikes, the hourglass will reset). After, you jump but when your about 1/8 of the jump up, press u so you teleport there. The jump will transfer then you can get to the top. The next obstacle do the same thing.
