I've build a signed release APK, but unfortunately when I published to play store the app icon was construct logo.
the process in IOS building for Xcode is easier,
are there any easy way to change app icon in Android?.

I fixed this by building android studio project, and I changed the icon inside Android Studio.
Change the images in the 'Icons' folder.
