Make it public when is ready. I can't help because I've just start to use the program.
the submit part is simple. Register an account and submit the game created. The game will be hosted in dropbox and then point the link in FGL submit page. The hardest part will be the creating of the plugin.
If any construct 2 veteran would do this plugin and make a tutorial of how to use it I would be very grateful.
