NOTE:

The Arcade restricts the access to the SAVE option.

It is working fine in the Template.

A simple Map Editor that will let you test the Template.

You can also Save and Load your creations!

There are two Layout, in the first one you can place only some specific tiles in related locations, while in the other you create a Map from scratch.

Instructions

Use the mouse or touch to place the selected tile.

In the first layout, you can place the tiles with single click/touch, while in the second you can hold down and move around to place more tiles at once.
