The game will draw a card randomly. If you think the next card will be of a higher value than the card shown, click Higher; if you think it will be lower, click Lower. If you were correct, you gain a point and the card will flip to the next one. If you're wrong, your score and the game will reset. The aim is to keep your streak going for as long as possible.
