changelog:

made blinking and breathing go down slower

made workouts make energy go down slower

made studying make working go faster

made studying cost 5 energy and workout 10 energy

swapped Workout and Work keybinds cus it gets confusing

tips:

sleeping goes down the slowest but takes the longest to do, be smart when you do it

eating and drinking costs money, to get money you need to work, which takes a while, study to speed it up
