Trying to sign in with Construct Game Services using Patreon provider. OAuth flow reaches Patreon consent screen successfully, but after clicking “Allow” the redirect to auth.construct.net/patreon.json consistently returns HTTP 500 Internal Server Error and shows the “Unexpected Error / Whoopsie daisy!” page. Other providers work.

Apologies, this should now be fixed.

Apologies for this short outage, we've upgraded some infrastructure. Everything is now working as expected.

  • BarrettAKD there's no blocks on your IP address or IP ASN, can you open developer tools with F12 and look for any errors in network requests?

And it's not clear what you're trying to do, login or download something?

  • This was affecting a few people but should now be resolved.

  • Can you try again and let me know if it works?

  • No, you'll need to contact us for a gambling license.

  • We do sometimes pay for bug reports relating to the website/services if they meet the conditions here:

    construct.net/en/security-policy

This is specifically for vulnerability reporting though, typically not applicable to Construct 3. For Construct 3 bugs, we do not offer rewards.

  • My apologies, looks like a misconfiguration on our CDN - this is my fault. We're being hit with a lot of bad traffic and I made an error when blocking some of it. It should all now be working as expected.

  • If you've set the oauth details in your CGS account, and it's still showing CGS branding then it's not using the oauth details you set. It could be a bug - I'm currently doing some pretty heavy testing on everything right now.
