Rep is a work in progress, there's quite a few 'leaks' on the site. Treat is as a beta for now, it's all on the list of things to sort out :)
What files are in the Zip? The arcade.xml should be fine, that error means an unexpected file is present in the zip.

I always thought coding and programming where synonymous, is it different in different languages?
Stepteven, we're going to be changing forums soon back to PHPBB3, it should solve all the issues nicely but is a big job.
