  • I completely agree — Years ago I wouldn't have done it. Actually this project was born from a failure lol . I have a main project which advances slowly.

    And this one allows me to do something simpler. I previously had a small prototype for two players that works well so it was really easy to get it done.

    I'm trying to keep things really simple this time. Previous project had customization of characters and rpg elements and it became difficult to handle properly.

    That's exactly what I'm dealing with. Too much elements that interfere in the game =p. I might use that project with fake 3d to do the same thing, eventually.

    Could you share the project or at least give a brief explanation of how you achieved this fake 3d? Like how did you handle the angle so each part change their angle and X,Y separately.

    Super cool. It brings me back some ideas I had in the past, like creating a multiplayer game with some inspiration on carmageddon series. I might do it now as a side project. Could you tell me if it is a plugin or give me a link to a tutorial on how to achieve that fake 3d?

    Why are you setting the window size so small? Nowadays a 1024x768 resolution as minimum is enough I guess.
