How do I make this script pick from my scenes Infinitely?

I made this by a help of a youtube video. And I would like it to pick the scenes Infinitely. Could someone please help me with this?

With the old method you can pick a random scene to the left of the viewport and move it:

When I used your code the new scenes got stuck to the left side of the screen

What could be the problem?

I mannaged to make it work but it only spawns one scene and wont spawn more
