Always been starting a tutorial or two then life gets in the way ....

Im sure thare are a few that can relate ..

    It's a real pain

But 2017 is the year.....this year im eventually going to make the break from full time c# coder UGH

to game dev.....not AAA i am realistic ...but enough income form small games to actually taking a dump on the

    bosses desk

I know it can be done i follow a few guys on twitter who have proof its possible one earning $4000 last month

Any hoo to that end and the point of this post

ive actually finished a game .....not my own ....hahahaha but the first game from LevelZero

its here ....have a look http://sacoderz.com/Diaryofagamedev/

For me that's a big deal

Oh btw .....ive been a c# dev for over 20 years....

any how that's it for now ill be back with more

oh btw i have two ideas of my own IP

  • Hi SaCoderz!

Sounds like we have some similar background in education and programming.

I tried your game and it has potential.

I would like to suggest using an effect for your bubble pops that looks like a bubble popping instead of just destroying the bubble.

You might also choose a clipart cartoon tub instead of the old fashioned claw foot tub and you could add an animated character in the tub and the bubbles coming out of the tub instead of from the floor.

    This is what I suggest:

There is lots you could do with it to make it more entertaining but you have a good start.

Maybe instead of just click on on the bubble a character in the tub could have a slingshot you aim at the bubbles?

Instead of a static score you can have the bubbles pop and throw out a score for each bubble like a health level and make different sizes and colors of bubbles for variety and to increase the challenge.

    Just some ideas!

  • yea. I like it. Very nice and pretty polished.

Thanks for time and positive comments dude, thing is that's not my IP . It comes directly out of the PDF published on here called "Level Zero" a pdf published with instructions on how to get started in Constrict. My pride is just in the fact that i actually pushed thru and finished the thing ....in the past ive gotten to 95% and then gotten distracted

I have already gotten two ideas of my own that i will publish

First i need to work thru the other examples in level Zero.....

Im sorry Level Zero guys ....i promise to look up your names and credit you next time

    Mark
