Do you think soon you can add somes others fuctions? like user can add bitmaps buttons or menus on the top of a video "superposed" to a video.

and think to to others format?? like flv and h264, mp4 ?

It sounds to customize a video player. Video plugin provides some action to control playing video, you can use these with other sprites.

Sorry, I can't. This video plugin is simply wrap htlm5 video tag.

and its possible to play a video from hard disk and not from a link? <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I have tried this:

Ogg = Ogg files with Theora video codec and Vorbis audio codec

• MPEG4 = MPEG 4 files with H.264 video codec and AAC audio codec
• WebM = WebM files with VP8 video codec and Vorbis audio codec

but that dont work...

It can not play "C:\Users\ACER\Desktop\TEST\flame2.mp4"

It only can "read video file in exported folder"

its too much limitations :s so, its impossible to play videos from my cmputer with scirra2 <img src="smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

The limitation is comes from browser. Maybe for security issue.

im stuck i have to make a game with videos playing fom my computer, but without a video function its impossible :s... <img src="smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I test this plugin with a mp4 video file, which I copied to exporter folder in the server (Dropbox).

Video Test

It worked in Chrome, but not in iPad/Safari!

Anyone has tested it in iPad?

strange i'm using chrome too but video is not playing.. just a black screen

Maybe it is unsupported format.
