I wanted to know if I can use 2 computers in the same house, because I and my brother have a computer each and I have this doubt, before buying the product.

Since C3 is designed to run on mobile devices as well, I don't think Scirra wants to limit the number of devices you can use your license on (as long as only you develop with the personal license), since no one will use a phone as their main development machine.

However, I'd be interested in whether I can use my license on multiple computers at the same time, or not?

The personal license is for you only, just as it is for C2 personal license holders.
