  • Hello Scirra Team,

I am running through the tutorial for publishing a universal app for Windows 8 devices and came across an issue that I am not sure how to handle. When running the Windows Phone 8.1 WVGA 4-inch with 512MB emulator, I get the following message:

    [quote:2ac00nhw]Unhandled exception at line 13795, column 5 in ms-appx://1da7e196-e55e-4700-9b9b-c0607e509057/c2runtime.js

0x8000ffff - JavaScript runtime error: Unexpected call to method or property access.

The moment before this pops up, my audio starts to crackle and everything freezes up. I don't have this issue when testing the game in Windows 8.1 for PC. Let me know if you need any additional information.

    Thanks in advance!

    -Mike

  • This is not enough information to be able to do anything - I need to see the corresponding lines from c2runtime.js (which change on every export), or the source .capx with steps to reproduce.

I think WP8.1 has buggy audio support, so it might be related to that.
