  • Problem Description

    ____ So basically i upload my sound to the thing to make my own cookie clicker ____

    ____ You click the cookie to get cookies to buy stuff to give you cookies ____

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    • Step 1 upload any sound and change the extension to .wav as long as its not on the recommended sound files
    • Step 2 try to play the sound file on construct to by using the play action
    • Step 3 Watch as it does not let you play it

    Observed Result

    ____ It says nothing is uploaded ____

    Expected Result

    ____ It to let me play the sound ____

  • This is almost certainly not a bug. Don't change an extension on a file to something it's not.

    In C2, wav/flac is preferred, but the editor will import all kinds of formats. If your original isn't flac/wav, then don't bother converting it prior to import. Just import it.

    Unless you are certain something is a bug, post to the how to forum instead.

  • Closing as not a bug. Please follow the bug report guidelines, and note:

    This does not make it a supported sound file. Sticking a "cookies" label on a jar of pickles does not make it a jar of cookies.
