Now going to the video part 2

Communication

This is a human quality that is required and will be helpful along the way. Let's see it specifically from C2's community perspective.

Everyone on the internet knows (is supposed to at least) how to read and write.

The official language on the forums is English. It's the most spoken, most used in development resources and well, Scirra is a British startup, so bare with their native language.

If you're not a native English speaker, make your post in your language and add a google translated version.

If you are to request help on the forums, be sure to be the more explicit possible. use screenshots and/or post even a prototype capx as base for the other users to help.

You can easily share your capx with dropbox (using their installed application or their webinterface).

Show what you've been thinking, what you already achieved.

Explain what you want to do, what's missing/expected/unexpected.

The more details given the more precise and helpful the answer will be in a few posts.

Also be sure to post in a collected mood, and not upset out of frustration. Take 5 minutes of break, go outside breath some fresh air, get back to your computer, lay the problem down in your post.

Sometime you'll even see that writing it down allows you to solve the problem.

Many times it has happened right after having clicked the "Send" button. (To me and other members)

As if you felt stuck on an issue to the point only external help can unstuck you and the moment you send out your help message, a psychological lock lifts and the solution presents itself to you.

No problem then, just double post with the solution and/or a capx. This will be helpful for other members searching the forum and facing the same type of issue.

Don't hesitate to share in C2's community, it's generally well given back.
