I just finished creating a WW2 fighter game but now I want to add music to it. I have a two minute long mp3 file. I right clicked on the music folder and found out it needed to be an ogg file so I got audacity and converted it to an ogg. In the events of my main menu I added a On Start of System event play audio (name of audio). But when I play the game no music will play. I've already went to the scira support page on audio and they didn't have anything there. Any ideas?
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
Not all browsers support ogg, so it's best to let C2 do the conversion. Take your MP3 and convert it to wav, then import it. Construct will make two versions: an ogg and an m4a. Between those two formats you've got all your bases covered.
That worked! I was trying to create ACC and OGG files. I didn't know I only needed a WAV file. Thanks!!!
