Hide the expressions dictionary back button when showing the root elements

Browser plugin: 'Go to URL' action now opens a new window in preview mode, since C3 does not support changing the preview window URL
The user account badge now stays in the top-right instead of wrapping down to the next row when there are lots of tabs
