Hi there! This is my first ever game making experience in Construct 3. After couple of weeks of intensive self-training with Construct 3 interface, video lessons and sleepless nights - here we go, shoot`em up arcade inspired by ancient (but still great) Dune 2: Battle for Arrakis created for Sega Megadrive. Here I tried my best to fully use Construct engine capabilities, besides first intention was to fit into 40 events of trial version (so e.g. some enemy projectiles are just single one with different annimation, and I cut several enemy types). Also I got some issue with Parallax visualizing of interface (life bar, buttons for mobiles, score) hence decided to get rid of it (at least for now, in this first game version) - tank become reddish once it`s health close to the end. Later surely will modify it, plus add new levels, enemies, etc. And remember - to restore heath just shoot down enemy missiles/shells/projectiles by plasma (Left Mouse). So, enjoy the game, I`ve made it not too difficulty to go through.

Instructions

Arrows on keyboard - to drive your tank

Left Mouse - plasma projectile. Short range but can destroy all enemy projectiles, restoring your health

Right Mouse - high speed missile. Long range but takes time to recharge

  • Strange thing - in my original file the game starts from main menu with tutorial, but after upload here it starts from the beginning of level

    UPD - fixed in updated version, just moved menu layout above game one in "Layouts"
