You play as Alex, a teen from a small village near a forest everyone fears. Curious, he goes inside at night and finds cultists doing a ritual. They run away, leaving a strange orb. When Alex touches it, he is sent to a dark world full of mons.
So it took me 50 attempts, overall the concept of the world and character designs are simple, the game is pretty challenging, it kinda reminds me of a Hard level from Mario Maker, but the only problem i see is that it need checkpoints, overall this is a good game and a great challenge
It took me 3 attempts to beat the game without killing enemies. Killing all of them it took me 9 attempts. I really enjoyed the game, but I feel like there should be the option to use WASD keys to move your character as well. And it would be cool to add different difficulties, by increasing or decreasing the enemies' speed. Overall it's a nice short game to play
After about 30 tries the game got a bit boring. Whilst the game's story is certainly interesting the only drawback I see is that the game is too hard, there aren't any checkpoins so any time I died it reset back and all the progress was lost, also the fact that you need to be moving constantly makes the games experience a bit to intense for my personal liking.
After over 40 tries here is my honest game review. The concept is great and the art is simple but effective, however when it comes down to gameplay it feels extremely punishing and there is no kind of satisfaction from completing a section because you get inmediatly set to the very begginning, the enemies are too fast ans the bossfight doesn´t have an accurate tempo to actually make it viable, I feel like there is no playing curb because it boils down completely to the luck you get between tries, it looks like a game that had very little playtesting before release and it could use some tweaks. Also, the music stops working after the first try and the hitboxes are clunky.
