The 0 byte ZIP thing happened to me twice in 5 years and my bacon was immediately saved both times, because I store all my Construct projects in a folder that is inside my Dropbox (and I'm almost always online). Dropbox keeps previous versions of files in the cloud, which also came handy a few times when I've accidentally saved or overwritten the wrong file.
It really is! Although for me in latest Chromium the music didn't play, but after I added a new layout and an event that goes to the main layout after a key/mouse button press, it worked. I'm guessing autoplay blocking measures.
This is DX gold, thanks Scirra!
Cool update! I see quite a few SDK related feature requests implemented. Also the debugger UID search is super useful!
Blazin'! Thanks for the year of awesome updates, Scirra. Have a good break & happy new year :)
This is one hell of a QoL release. Thank you so much for implementing so many feature requests too! (Including one of mine :3)
Holy crap, instance signals are going to be super useful!
So many useful additions/changes, awesome!
Happy 400th release, Scirra! Thanks for all your hard work, I can't wait to test the new stuff.
Yep, I can second that. The feature will be super useful though; also there seems to be an issue with the Z-order bar too, in a layer with 4 instances of the same object if I drag and move one of the instances in the Z-order bar, the other instances disappear from the list. I'll investigate more later.
So many new features! I rarely use the beta, but I couldn't wait for Pick by highest/lowest value and StringSub, they are super useful. Glad these are available in the stable branch now :)
Also I can't wait to get stuck in the Follow behaviour; instant replays, ghost players, Braid-like time trickery mechanics... here we go!
That's awesome! I have a couple MicroBit v1 / v2 boards in my drawer, I guess they are coming out this weekend :)
Woah, that's an update and a half! I especially love the DX improvements, please keep 'em coming :)
Awesome update as usual, thanks for all your hard work!
Thanks for the amazing 2023 updates, Scirra! I can't wait to find out what you're cooking up for us next year.
