This week we have another three new examples for you - once again, the easiest way to find these is to search for the new tag in the Start Page. We also have a new option in the Mesh Editor: now you can hold shift to move mesh points without distorting the image. This allows you to make things like a zig-zag cutout shape, providing another new option for your level designs. Check out the updated Mesh platforms example for a demonstration.

Other than that there's a variety of other bug fixes, updates and improvements, such as updating cordova-ios to the recently released v6.2.0, and fixing a couple of issues introduced in the previous release. Stay tuned for more updates!

  • Hello! I wonder if you changed the Free Edition limits too, because since this update I can't add any more events, even if I have 48/50.

      A user reported that the change actually broke their game, which is why we reverted it. We need to find a solution that doesn't break existing games.

  • Guys, can you add any additional grid support systems?

    1). Horizontal lock (X)

    2). Fixation Vertical (Y) when moving a point.

    This function should be similar to the texture control function when holding "ctrl + shift". You can use other buttons, I think you get the idea.

    • And also maybe an option to have your objects snap to a 1x1 grid when your main snap to grid is turned off, because sometimes you need to move something more precisely than the grid allows, but you still want it to snap to a whole number. Thanks, and you guys have been doing a great job with these releases!
