Version bumped from 1.0.0.0 to 1.1.0.0. Changes in this release:
- Fixed diffuse lighting clamp (no more symmetric back-face illumination)
- Removed diffuse squaring (linear Lambert now)
- Fixed smoothstep undefined behavior when spotlight edge = 0
- Added fog density control (default 1.0 = previous behavior)
- Fixed fog height division by zero
- Added debug modes 1-4 (both shaders)
- Synced WGSL shader with all WebGL2 fixes
- Removed dead code (unused variables)
