Yes, eventually! At the moment we don't want to split it up too much until traffic picks up. When it does we can create new forums.
This is an identified issue with WWF (yay not my fault!). I think the new version addresses this issue, will upgrade forum soon (it's harder than it sounds though).

I totally agree on removing the default to 0, I think Ash put it in as an error check when it's not needed, I'll pass it on to Ash and make sure it's removed in the next build.
