Different themes are only available to subscribers of Construct 3. The Dark Theme is an officially bundled theme. Here's how to switch:
Click settings on the left menu
Select "Dark" from dropdown
Press the Close button
It will prompt you to restart Construct 3. Press OK, the reload the editor.
You'll now see the dark theme!
