This definitely feels like Castlevania... I really dig the boss fights... except that second boss is totally cheap... and also player character moves like he's wading through peanut butter.

I like the look of those screenshots. You have a really good sense of color.

But I can't get past the first boss. The left-handed controls and the movement of the character are both conspiring against me.

Yes as deadeye said I much prefer using the Japanese games style controls like ZXC, if you could make it so that you can switch controls I will prefer it more, so far I like it except for the controls feel bad for me.
