My son wanted to know if I could make a way for him to make a 3d fps "wolfenstein style" game... I took it as a challenge and did my own retro-quazi-3d fake raycasting --and it looks pretty good.
I have shooting, a flashlight, props and bullet holes, working doors... A pre-wolfenstein retro 3d feel, but with some cool ground fog and floating dust particle effects.
(I'll work on the flashlight and gun fps sprites)
If I cleaned up the code would anybody be interested in using this as a template? It's pure Construct3 --no plugins or anything.
