Are is great. Love the use of gradients.
Game isn't quite clear to me though. I'm assuming you're running to the right avoiding obstacles. Why would you need to clear out enemies in the screen? Will they be spawning from the front or back or both?

Is one finger only game, the player runs left and right, when it comes to the wall it turn around, and never stops.
The objective is up more and more, and have a counter in the top, counting "meters".
The itens are there to help player, if they colide with one enemy, he dies.
