    I think that you need more work with graphics - make more different explosions, make it a lot smoother (much more frames needed). Try to implement more uniqueness to gameplay!

    Thanks I was thinking about adding more frames so you confirmed it I will add more 2 more frames to the explosions. I have more power-ups I will implement today to add more variety to gameplay. I just had to test on my device before adding anything else in. Thanks for the feedback!!

    Also text objects can be somewhat a hit on performance with webGL, just so you know that if you ever run into trouble with older phones, might just be that.

    If you can add more trajectory (inspiration from the ennemies of other shooters for exemple) and projectiles and we could see truly what it has in store.

  • The concept looks good. As someone mentioned the graphics needs a bit of polishing to be more consistent. I liked the background music. Maybe you can have the background scrolling as well to give it a bit of depth and speed.

    Look guys I added a lot to the game and posted an updated video. New powerup, animations and new missions screen.

  • It would be nice to have a fps counter in the demonstration videos and cpuutilisation to see how constrained the system is.

    also the bomb power up could be something useful to have in store rather than using it automatically as it is obtained.

    also I can imagine some ennemies not trying to get to earth but simply passing by to shoot freezing bullet to the player.

    Thanks for the feedback.Because of the difficulty of the game with up to 25+ enemies onscreen I had to put the powerups in game instead of the shop. I could lessen the enemies but then it wouldn't demonstrate how powerful Construct2 is on mobile devices. Plus each nuclear bomb introduces the next wave.

    My phone is 2 years old and the game runs fine without crashing,slowing down, or glitching. But if there was any problems I would have put an fps counter or something in place to see where the problem is. But since its running smoothly I didn't. Any phone 4 years or older Iam not trying to support.

    Now Iam just working on the final stages of perfecting the game play and making it as addictive as possible.

  • Thanks for the feedback guys I made some major improvements vs the 1st version. Now that the core of the gameplay is done Iam working on giving the players reasons to keep coming back to play.

  • runs smoothly on my phone, however it gets kinda lame only shooting at things without needing to dodge anything I feel, always the same 2 spaceships, etc...

    also unsure if that is intended but the big ship gives you 5 points each time you shoot at it, not only when destroyed.

    but, it works flawlessly

    Yes I had to add extra points to the big ship otherwise it would be very hard for regular gamers to achieve the master missions. How many of the missions where you able to achieve?
